Something that we are very proud of is Wimbledon FC are the only football team in the Modern Era to have won both the Amateur and Professional FA Cups. Of course this is one of many unique achievements over the many decades.
Now you have a chance to be a part of history as we aim to bring home the FA Amateur Cup again – this time in replica form.
To celebrate our past we want to create the first ever FAAC replica and host this alongside the FA Cup replica already in our museum. Players from both Cup finals in 1963 and 1988 have already donated their medals and kits, and they have a fine home in our museum.
To do this, we need to raise £4,000.
As an incentive, we offer you two incentives, which are shared on a fundraising page. We appreciate that this is a time where choices over money are difficult, but even the smallest amount that you can donate will go a long way in once more proving that our fan base is truly special, and of course, brings another part of our history to life!
