In 2012, True Volunteer Foundation wrote and produced a film and a book entitled “Common Ground”. They shared a story that had never been told before, focusing on 6 sports.
WiSH’s virtual exhibition will provide a deeper insight into Wimbledon’s unique sporting landscape with a focus on the following sports:

However, it has been almost a decade since Common Ground was published. Therefore WiSH has decided to include Football into its remit as it provides the Greatest Story in Football. The next few sections provide an insight into 7 global sports and how they were transformed in South West London. This section provides a flavour of what to expect when the Digital Museum is launched next year.
